What are your shipping rates for large furniture items?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the item's weight and your delivery zone. We offer flat-rate local delivery within a 50-mile radius of our warehouse, and tiered freight shipping for long-distance orders.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 14-day return window for most home decor items. Please note that large furniture pieces are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and items marked 'Final Sale' or 'As-Is' cannot be returned.
Do you offer assembly services for furniture?
Currently, we provide white-glove delivery options in select metropolitan areas which include basic assembly and packaging removal. You can check eligibility by entering your zip code at checkout.
